Return Eligibility
You must request a return within 1–3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
How to Request a Return

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed through the same method as the original transaction—cash will be returned at the time of item pickup or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage concerns. These include but are not limited to:
Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
Items returned beyond the 1–3 day window
Replacement Option
